TRACK MEET CHECKLIST
The day of the meet can be a great experience if you… be prepared!

  • Lay out your uniform and sweats the night before
  • Pack your bag the night before with your spikes, shoes, sunscreen and extra layers of clothing to handle the weather
  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Bring an umbrella for the sun/rain
  • Folding chairs (for parents)
  • Blankets/sheets to relax on
  • Eat a good breakfast
  • Bring a cooler with water and energy boosting snacks
